Even if you can't attend the St. Rose Crab Feed Fundraiser in person, you can join the excitement by pre-bidding on an incredible lineup of Silent Auction items.

SILENT AUCTION PRE-BIDDING WINDOW IS OPEN MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2026 THROUGH `10PM ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2026. 

Silent Auction Pre-Bidding Terms and Conditions:

1. Pre-bidding is available in advance for silent auction packages only.

2. By submitting a pre-bid, you authorize a St. Rose School Crab Feed representative to place your bid by proxy during the event. 

3. The bid amount you submit is a fixed amount and represents the price you agree to pay if no higher bid is received during the event. 

4. If your pre-bid is not exceeded by bids placed at the event, you agree to purchase the item package at your submitted bid amount. 

5. By placing a pre-bid, you acknowledge that your constitutes a binding commitment to pay if you are the winning bidder. 

6. Winning bidders will be notified following the event, and payment is required prior to item redemption. 

7. All auction item package restrictions, expiration dates, and donor-specific terms apply. 

HOW TO PLACE A SILENT AUCTION PRE-BID:

Please email SRCSCrabFeed@gmail.com and include the following:

1. Your full first & last name

2. Your email address

3. Your cell phone number

4. Silent Auction Item Name and Number Listed in the preview (item number will begin with the number 4, i.e. lot # 4011)

5. Your pre-bid amount

6. Include this required statement:

"I understand and agree that this is binding bid, and I will honor this bid if I am the highest bidder at the close of the Silent Auction."

Pre-bids will be transferred to the physical bid sheets prior to the event. Bidding will continue in person during the Silent Auction the night of the Crab Feed for those in attendance. Minimum bid increments apply. All bids are binding and treated equally.
